I am writing to thank you for the quality of service that Concept pools has provided. As you know my husband is busy in his profession and has not had the time to contribute in the planning of our pool, and as a consequence of this I have relied heavily upon the advice from Concept.
I have dealt with countless tradesmen in the last 12 months doing renovations and additions to our home and some leave you wondering how they survive.
My experience with Concept Pools has been positive and professional. From the moment Concept set foot on our property to give us a quote your "Can Do" attitude reinforced with us that our vision for our property could be achieved. The moment that workmen began to arrive to carry out their particular part in the project I was impressed with their courteous manners, cleanliness and willingness to explain how things went together. I regret that I can't name them all, but suffice to say that the chaps you have contracting for you have done a great job and I hope you pass on our thanks.
Please thank Richard for all he has done for us, he seems to have lined up twice when patience and public relation skills were handed out, and last but not least, please thank the ladies in your showroom and the construction office for their friendly and professional help when I phoned up to ask questions.
You never know what life will hand you and all of this has fallen to me to organise at a very busy time professionally for myself and my husband and also he has been called to travel to Victoria for family reasons. You are not to know the circumstances of your clients, but you have made this fairly daunting task a lot easier for me at a particularly stressful time in our lives.

Just a few lines to express our sincerest appreciation for the efforts of the Concept Pool team who were responsible for the different phases of construction of our in ground pool at Cooroy. Concept Pools are to be congratulated for their choice of employees and subcontractors, all who played a big part in reassuring us during the construction period, from a huge hole in the ground up to the finished product of our magnificent and luxurious pool.
During construction, the teams had to contend with extreme temperatures in the high 30's and into the 40's along with extremely high humidity. Our hearts went out to these guys who continued to work with never a word of complaint or discomfort, while it was obvious that they virtually suffered in silence. Then, midway through the process, came the constant heavy rain, which delayed progress causing us some concern as our yard became a quagmire. Nevertheless, the smiling friendly attitude of these guys was reassuring as they toiled against the elements.
Sufficient to say, we admired greatly their dedication to their tasks - and the finished product speaks volumes. We are now the proud owners of a beautiful in ground pool of somewhat huge dimensions along with provision for further additions in the future should we so desire.
Subsequently we wish to convey our sincere thanks to all concerned, from Graeme on through Chris Hoole, whose consideration and help throughout was really appreciated - never too busy to answer our queries at almost any hour of the day. Richard in his supervisory capacity likewise was always courteous and considerate whenever we needed any help or advice. And not forgetting Mick and his loyal team of landscapers, whose cheery countenances were only overshadowed by their patience and professional attitude to the job in hand - resulting in a very high standard of landscaping to complement the pool.
All up, it was really a great learning experience for us as your teams consulted with and worked along with our own tradespersons in electricians/ plumbers/ fencers and pavers - a great credit to all as they worked in together to ensure that all of our requirements were met and completed in a very professional manner.
In short, everything from our first meeting with Graeme was handled in a highly professional manner. This, of course, includes all office staff with whom we made contact, and others who remain unnamed who contributed to our project. We feel that we have not only gained an asset which will no doubt add great value to our property, but along the way have formed new lasting friendships with a great lot of guys.
In closing, please feel free to use our pool as a photo display or personal inspection as you may see fit. From our point of view we cannot speak highly enough of your company and workforce and we will certainly by word of mouth give you all great recommendations.
